Ingredients

1 medium pineapple, peeled, cored and diced (about 3 cups)
1 medium mango, peeled, cored and diced (about 1 cup)
1 medium jalapeno, seeded, ribbed and minced
½ small red onion, peeled and minced
½ cup fresh cilantro leaves, chopped
Zest and juice of 2 limes
¼ teaspoon coarse salt
Instructions
In a large glass bowl, stir together the pineapple, mango, jalapeno, red onion, cilantro, lime zest and juice and salt. Taste and adjust the seasoning, if necessary.
Cover and refrigerate at least 30 minutes. Serve.
Notes
Storage Tip: Store salsa in an airtight container in the refrigerator up to 3 days.
